Received a damaged item? At Tracey Keller, we go to great lengths to ensure all products reach you in perfect condition. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you receive a damaged item, we’re committed to making it right.

Here's what to do if your item arrives damaged:

  1. Contact Us Immediately: Please get in touch with our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the damage, and include clear photos.
  2. Keep All Packaging: Retain the original packaging and damaged goods until further notice. We may request them to be returned or require photos for insurance purposes.
  3. Resolution: Once we assess the damage, we’ll determine the best course of action. If a product is indeed damaged, we will offer a replacement for the damaged item.

Refund Process:

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit note will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

  • We generally do not offer refunds or exchanges for undamaged items. Our policy is to address concerns specifically related to damaged goods to ensure customer satisfaction.
