What if I want a Pet Portrait?
Tracey’s pet portraits start from $1440 for a small face only study, however, your pet’s face and personality would definitely shine on a 120cm x 90cm canvas which by the way is her most popular size! A pet portrait of this size is $4440. The size down from this is 100cm x 75cm $3140. Click here if you are interested in doing this.
I have more than 1 pet, can I get all my fur-babies immortalised in art?
Of course! You should consider whether you want them each on their own single canvas, where their individual personality will definitely shine or for them to be put together as a group. Clearly it takes twice as long to paint two animals on one canvas, so please let us know and we can work out a price for you.
I have this perfect spot on the wall for one of your portraits but need a different canvas size to the ones you offer?
No worries, please feel welcome to email us with your requirements for the artwork and we can explore options for you.
Can you paint me a special animal/size?
These are called PRIVATE COMMISSIONS, and this is what keeps Tracey busy most of the time. Some people book months in advance by paying a deposit, and giving Tracey all the details, and arrange a completion date.
If you need something quickly, Tracey can shuffle things around and complete something in a month. She always does her best to do last minute orders. Click here to book your painting.
Christmas is the most super busy time so we suggest you contact us well in advance for any Christmas gift bookings. If you are reading this and it’s close to Christmas, please don’t despair, just contact us for availabilities and perhaps you could delight your special someone with a Gift card.
I have a favourite Tracey Keller artwork but unfortunately, it’s already sold. Can I have it as a Hand Finished Limited Edition?
We select only a few artworks for a Hand Finished Limited Edition. We use a specific technique to make the artwork look super textured and pristine. So we don’t do this with every painting. However, if there is something you desperately want, please contact us and we will see if we can work with you. – Team TK does aim to please!

What kind of photos work best for a painting?
Tracey has yet to find a photo that she can’t work with so don’t worry so much about your photos. She won’t let photography stand in the way of creating a beautiful artwork of your pet.
We understand that your pet isn’t with us anymore or they are camera shy or can’t stay still, that’s totally fine. Tracey have produced pet portraits from pieced together photos, camera snaps and more but she prefer nothing too blurry or dark if possible. If you can send us heaps of pics that focuses on the face, eyes and body in natural light, that would be great. She will then speak to you… a lot..about your pet’s personality and character. This is what makes TK unique, she actually somehow manages to put this energy into the painting… Bringing a joyful tear to the owner’s eyes! If you want to enquire about a pet portrait, click here.

My Beloved pet crossed the rainbow bridge and now I want to celebrate the memories – can you help?
Nothing is more humbling for Tracey than to celebrate the joyful memories of a pet no longer with us. She definitely thrive on making people smile, and animals certainly help with this. Please click here so she can get a clear indication of what you are requiring.
Do the photos you use have to be mine?
Yes, just make sure you have the rights to give Tracey permission to use these photos as a painting reference. If you are not the copyright owner of your reference photos we can get into trouble with copyright law if Tracey use them for her art. You need to have taken this photo or have been given permission by the person who took the photo to share it with Tracey for the portrait. For more detail on this please read my artwork agreement which applies to every artwork she creates.
How do I book into your painting schedule?
To secure your place in Tracey’s painting schedule, we require a 50% deposit. With this deposit, Tracey will use your photos to create a drawing of your artwork to show you the best composition and basic colours and background for your pet portrait. Once the composition is approved, Tracey starts the creative process. She will then send you a pic of the completed painting to make sure you are happy. Balance payable upon completion. All payments are non-refundable for custom commissioned artworks.
How do the payments work?
Once we have organised the artwork quote, we will send you an invoice over email to process the payment via Paypal, Credit Card or Direct Deposit.

While we do apologise that you have taken the time to order some product, and it has not arrived in the state we sent it in, no refunds or replacements are guaranteed, although we will do whatever it takes to ensure you are happy!
